Documents Required For Admission
Parents seeking their child's admission at the top school in Noida Extension, The Millennium School, are requested to go through the list of important documents below:
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Aadhar Card
- Child's Vaccination proof
- Father's ID proof
- Mother's ID proof
- Current address proof
- 4 Passport size photos of child
- 4 Passport size photos of father & mother each
- Transfer Certificate (grade II onwards)
- Previous year's report card (grade II onwards)
Please Note:
- The hard copies of all the aforementioned documents need to be submitted to the admissions team along with the fee to close admissions formalities at The Millennium School.
- In the event of an absence or the submission of a false document, the school reserves the right to cancel admission.
