Creative Arts

Comprehensive arts education introduces students to a culturally rich world. A visual arts curriculum provides opportunities for students to explore, express and experiment with ideas through drawing, paint, music, dance, storytelling, creative writing. The creative skills building children develop through the arts instills in them habits that they will carry them forward towards new ideas, new experiences, and challenges as well as will be personally rewarding. Every child is born with a creative potential and that needs to be nurtured and stimulated. Arts should be a dynamic channel to foster a child’s creativity.

Theatres

Theatre is a performing art which involves an element of drama and a compelling story. Art is not a mere form of entertainment but based on truth. It involves extensive research, playwriting, direction, design and inculcates certain life skills that are crucial in the real world. Play also teaches students to work together in a team, where they appreciate team member’s unique strengths and also encourage them to think beyond the ordinary. Theatre teaches dedication and the art of perseverance. Virtues like accountability, dependability, and multi-tasking are learned. There is something vulnerable about performing on a stage and theatre humbles and builds up a sense of self-growth, an ability to accept judgment gracefully.

Social Outreach Campaign

We follow the principle that a responsible Samaritan should give back to the community through services that help fortify our society. Learning begins at an early age, thus it is important to inculcate certain values in the students and ensure they take pride in being part of the society.

To evoke passion in students and make them aware about their social responsibilities Millennium family immerses the students in an environment and culture that nurtures a feeling of brotherhood, gratitude, respect, and love for their family, friends, and society. Students are exposed to activities and outreach programs that aim to develop students into empathetic, compassionate and good human beings.

As a part of our social awareness programmes, the students are taken to nearby villages and suburbs where they volunteer and aid the residents in keeping their surroundings clean, organize plantation, environmental conservation drives, Literacy and happiness drives in old age homes, projects to eradicate social evils and issues that they feel strongly about. The school believes in empowering every individual so that they can serve their country.
